what scents will i get in my box?

our scents change up every month, including those in our signature collection and limited edition/pre-released scents! you can get a sneak peek of our scents for the next 3 months above, with a more detailed look into our box of the month :)

when will my box be delivered to me?

we pack your subscription boxes 3-5 business days after you've placed your order, and will ship it on the same date every month after that. 

can i buy another product and a sub-box together?

you sure can! simply add both the subscription and your chosen products to cart, and we'll ship all of that out for you (with free shipping!)

can i change the scent in my box?

you sure can! just email us at hello@sentstudio.co within 24 hours of purchasing your box, along with what scent you'd like to swap out for. we'll make a note on our end and ship your sub-box with your chosen scent.

how does billing work?

billing works pre-paid, meaning you pay upfront for a 3 month, 6 month or 12 month plan. after that, we ship out your boxes accordingly for however long you choose to subscribe for! simply set and forget, and we'll take care of the rest.

if i subscribe at the end of a month, do i get next months box or the current months box?

your month's box will be whichever month is reflected on your billing statement. for example, if you order on the last day of a month, you will receive that month's box and then each subsequent month's box on the same day you ordered. if orders are placed on a '31st' date, this will revert to '30th' for any other future boxes. 

how do i change my account email?

you can login to your customer portal for any detail changes or email us over at hello@sentstudio.co .

can i cancel my sub-box?

yes you can! login to your customer portal and manage your subscription.

i don't like some items! can i get a refund/exchange?

sub-box items cannot be returned, exchange or refunded due to change of mind. however, we'll happily replace products damaged during transit. please send over photos at hello@sentstudio.co within 48 hours of your parcel arriving so we can get that sorted out for you.

is this available for international customers?

if you live outside of Australia and would like to be subscribed to our sent box, please contact us via email on hello@sentstudio.co. unfortunately due to shipping costs, we cannot offer free shipping to international customers - however, we'd be more than happy to combine sub-boxes in one shipment :)
